In collaboration with Sports & Youth Services, Govt of Mizoram, Hockey Mizoram had organised  Khelo India  Women's Hockey League Mizoram on 23-26 April,2024 at Thenzawl Hoceky Ground.

The following teams had participated

1. AIZAWL DISTRICT HOCKEY ASSOCIATION -TEAM ‘A’;

2. AIZAWL DISTRICT HOCKEY ASSOCIATION -TEAM ‘B’; 

3. KOLASIB DISTRICT HOCKEY ASSOCIATION TEAM ‘A’;

4. KOLASIB DISTRICT HOCKEY ASSOCIATION TEAM ‘B’;

5. SERCHHIP DISTRICT HOCKEY ASSOCIATION TEAM THENZAWL;

6. SIAHA DISTRICT HOCKEY ASSOCIATION ;

7. LUNGLEI DISTRICT HOCKEY ASSOCIATION 

All the Matches are played in league; Lunglei District Hockey Association & Serchhip District Hockey Association (Thenzawl) had clashed in the Final showing a tremendous fighting spirit and Lunglei stood out Victorius by 3-1 goals at the end.

Shri Lalramsanga Sailo, IRS, Secretary (SYS) had graced the closing function as Chief Guest accompanied by Shri Lalremsanga (Olympian) Dy.Director, SYS and gave away the Prizes & Trophies.

The final day had witnessed a wonderful support from the local people as well as the Hockey Mizoram esteem members.

The League has been closed with a hopeful mind and prayer that Hockey game will triumph once again.
